Sunbeam Tiger LSR 2005 Future cars

May 26th, 2009 - Posted in Automotive

Amazing futuristic car design, was designed by British Design student named Ryan Skelley. His take on the iconic 1925 Sunbeam that set the land speed record (hence the LSR monaker) is simply breathtaking. The design evokes other brilliant British cars with rich racing history, like the Lotus and Caterham 7. While the idea behind the car’s theoretical 800-mile range and 0-60 time of 2.3 seconds is years away from being feasible, the recycled aluminum frame and biofabric interior are certainly steps in the right direction.
